This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Develop the brand presence of Essity within retail locations (hypermarkets and supermarkets).
• Manage and strengthen relationships with store managers, becoming a key partner.
• Analyze customer needs and propose effective and targeted commercial solutions.
• Ensure excellent shelf visibility by working on assortment, positioning, and display.
• Lead and monitor the effectiveness of promotional activities and trade marketing initiatives.
• Handle direct orders with key clients (Coop, Finiper, Conad), as required.
• Continuously monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Identify new commercial development opportunities in the territory.
• Utilize company tools and systems to track activities, results, and KPIs.
• Experience, even brief, in FMCG / GDO contexts, in sell-in, sell-out, or trade marketing.
• Interest in dynamic commercial roles oriented towards direct market engagement.
• Strong results orientation and motivation to achieve objectives.
• Excellent relational and negotiation skills.
• Organizational autonomy and ability to manage priorities.
• Willingness to work in the field with frequent travel.
• Good knowledge of the Office suite.
• Initial fixed-term contract of 12 months, directly with the company.
