This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and sustain a list of potential independent bike retail partners for the company in Southern Germany.
• Identify independent bike retailers to carry their bikes through methods such as cold calling, email outreach, social media engagement, and in-person store visits.
• Assess and qualify business opportunities.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective partner organizations.
• Navigate objections and confidently address challenges and requests from prospective partners.
• Achieve and surpass weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Demonstrated history of exceptional sales achievements with 3-5 years of experience in field sales.
• Proficient in both English and German at a professional working level.
• Exhibits a proactive and determined mindset.
• Motivated, an excellent communicator, and possesses strong relationship-building skills.
• Capable of establishing rapport easily over the phone.
• A true people-oriented individual.
• Possesses a keen interest and enthusiasm for cycling and e-mobility.
• Holds a solid understanding of the product, its unique selling propositions (USP), services, core market dynamics, and customer preferences.
• Energetic, driven, and a practical sales associate.
