Field Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional service and foster relationships with current OEMs, electronic contract manufacturers, and a similar customer base.

• Cultivate and advance relationships with customer contacts to identify design opportunities and tackle existing business challenges.

• Engage with both new and existing customers to showcase Arrow's comprehensive selection of electronic components, including semiconductors, electro-mechanical, and passive products.

• Discover new opportunities predominantly within the Sydney area.

• Strategize and nurture key relationships to lay a robust foundation for solution selling.

• Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in the electronics sector is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of distribution sales and business operations.

• Proactive and strategic approach to securing business opportunities.

• Capability to establish robust relationships with customers and suppliers.

• Proven ability to meet required sales targets.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong negotiation abilities.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Resilient, energetic, driven, and possess a positive attitude.
