This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vermont.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and sustain over 100 grocery retail partnerships within a designated territory exceeding 100 miles.

• Identify optimal display locations within each store to enhance sales of all Wonderful brand products through the establishment and relocation of displays.

• Rotate and stock all authorized company products during each grocery store visit.

• Preserve schematic integrity while executing re-merchandising initiatives, including grand openings and remodels as requested by the retailer.

• Foster and maintain relationships with retailer personnel and supervisors to enhance account penetration.

• Sell, up-sell, and ensure retail distribution of all headquarter-authorized products across all stores within the assigned territory.

• Meticulously document all data-gathering objectives as directed using company-provided handheld devices.

• Implement, uphold, and oversee all company-driven marketing initiatives and programs, including the maintenance of POS and coupon/tie-in programs.

• Deliver chain-specific information and communication on a daily basis.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated retail sales success in promoting grocery store products with the ability to establish partnerships with store and produce managers, preferably in the food and beverage sector.

• Ability to present compelling arguments to store management staff to encourage display and purchasing against competitors.

• Previous experience and understanding of managing a large store territory and daily travel time.

• Exceptional selling, negotiation, and partnership-building abilities.

• Maintain a detail-oriented, goal-oriented, and problem-solving mindset while working independently.

• Enjoy collaborating with others and effectively apply interpersonal and time management skills to complete tasks.

• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
