This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Represent Drip Capital at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events throughout the United States.
• Identify and participate in high-impact industry events that align with our target customers.
• Engage in conversations with business owners, CFOs, and key decision-makers.
• Capture leads and transform event interactions into qualified sales opportunities.
• Generate and qualify sales-qualified leads (SQLs) through field engagement efforts.
• Establish and maintain relationships with prospects encountered at events and industry gatherings.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to turn opportunities into finalized deals.
• Uphold a strong follow-up discipline to nurture event leads into revenue-generating opportunities.
• Meet with prospects and clients in person to assess their working capital requirements.
• Educate businesses on Drip Capital’s financing solutions.
• Build trust and credibility within essential industry communities.
• Identify partnership prospects with industry associations, trade groups, and ecosystem partners.
• Enhance brand awareness for Drip Capital within key SMB and trade communities.
• Act as the face of the company in regional markets.
• Assist in positioning Drip Capital as a reliable capital partner for expanding businesses.
• Gather insights from the market regarding customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
• Provide valuable feedback to marketing, product, and leadership teams to refine messaging and offerings.
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, field marketing, or business development.
• Experience in attending or managing industry events, trade shows, or conferences.
• A background in fintech, financial services, or lending is preferred.
• Strong skills in relationship-building and networking.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to initiate conversations with senior decision-makers.
• Self-starter who is comfortable with frequent travel for events and meetings.
• Capability to convert networking interactions into tangible sales opportunities.
• Work with a rapidly growing global fintech platform.
