This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive revenue growth and expand market presence by leading field sales teams, managing regional performance, and implementing data-driven strategies.
• Build, mentor, and guide a high-performing field sales team through structured training, constructive feedback, and AI-enabled performance insights.
• Establish key performance indicators, track sales metrics via dashboards, conduct performance evaluations, and refine execution to meet revenue goals.
• Provide data-driven coaching using pipeline analytics and customer insights to enhance conversion rates, customer engagement, and sales productivity.
• Develop and implement territory strategies utilizing AI-powered segmentation and opportunity scoring.
• Oversee pipeline health, forecast accuracy, deal velocity, and new business opportunities through predictive analytics and CRM intelligence.
• Ensure consistent use of CRM platforms, reporting tools, and AI systems.
• Lead forecasting processes employing advanced analytics and scenario modeling.
• Manage budgets and field expenses while optimizing territory coverage and commercial investments.
• Collaborate with inside sales, customer service, and leadership teams to align strategies and provide a seamless customer experience.
• Address customer and operational challenges through cross-functional coordination and data insights.
• Represent Empower at industry events to enhance brand presence and strategic partnerships.
• 3+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or related sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in leading sales teams, surpassing revenue goals, coaching representatives, and cultivating customer relationships.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of pharmaceutical products, clinical workflows, and healthcare regulations.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Health Cloud.
• Strong expertise in CRM platforms, AI-driven analytics, forecasting tools, and dashboards.
• Advanced knowledge of sales strategy, territory planning, and pipeline management.
• Familiarity with regulated business environments.
• Willingness to travel frequently for field team support, customer meetings, and market development activities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Capability to talk, hear, remain stationary, use computer devices, and move about as necessary for the role.
