This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Acquire new customers through telephone outreach, email communication, and in-person visits.
• Represent our organization from the preparation of proposals to the finalization of contracts.
• Drive growth by developing and sustaining a robust sales pipeline.
• Create sales forecasts and monitor their outcomes.
• Identify key accounts and assess new opportunities for growth.
• Strategically plan customer meetings and field operations.
• A completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable business education is preferred.
• Proven experience in B2B sales.
• Background in acquiring new customers through phone, email, and social media platforms.
• Proficient in MS Office and a Customer Relationship Management system (e.g., HubSpot).
• Excellent command of German (C2) in both written and spoken forms.
• English proficiency at a B2 level; additional languages are an advantage.
• A valid driving license (Class B) is mandatory.
