This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Cold calling and prospecting with healthcare professionals and medical practitioners in the area.
• Management of the complete sales cycle, from prospect qualification to closing.
• Presentation of the SaaS platform and the appointment booking marketplace.
• Monitoring of the pipeline and KPIs using HubSpot.
• Development of referrals and sustained business growth over time.
• Previous experience in cold calling or business development.
• Experience in direct and/or consultative sales.
• Must have access to a vehicle or motorcycle (essential requirement).
• Strong results orientation and competitive spirit.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools.
• Plus: experience in short-cycle B2B/B2C contexts, interest in the Tech and SaaS sectors, and a data-driven approach.
• Gross annual salary of 28,000 euros + incentive system with commissions, accelerators, and individual and team bonuses.
• CCNL Commerce, with a fixed-term contract aimed at permanent employment.
• Meal vouchers of 8 euros per day.
• Mileage reimbursement.

• Initial 4-day training academy in Rome and a structured onboarding process lasting approximately 3 months.
