
Field Sales Executive – US Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• The industry subject matter expert (iSME) for United States Banking plays a vital role in supporting the sales team by offering industry knowledge and insights, initially concentrating on regulatory change management and later expanding into the compliance suite with CRA and our WIZ platform.
• This position entails carrying quotas and requires a solid understanding of the industry, sales skills, and the capability to generate buyer urgency through thorough workflow analysis and business case development.
• The iSME works in close partnership with Compliance Solutions (CS) Sales Leadership & Account Executives to engage with prospects or clients within the United States Banking sector.
• Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities, participating in executive-level meetings to enhance Wolters Kluwer's credibility, taking part in Win Labs, supporting deal strategies, advancing prospects, and engaging in sales dialogues throughout the sales process.
• Additionally, the iSME offers industry-facing thought leadership through conference panels, whitepapers, webinars, and more, while also providing market feedback to internal teams in product development, pricing, product strategy, marketing, and others in need of industry sales insights.
• They strive to ensure effective qualitative and quantitative communication of Wolters Kluwer's value to clients and identify further opportunities.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
• Experience in regulatory compliance, loan origination, fair lending, community reinvestment, loan documentation, and other compliance-related industries is essential, whether in a sales role, management consulting, business analysis, or regulatory position.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an external-facing role, preferably with cloud-based technology solutions.
• The ability to convey the value propositions of complex software solutions in both internal and client-facing scenarios.
• Demonstrated capability to rapidly learn new technologies and effectively communicate their value propositions.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with senior executive stakeholders in both face-to-face and virtual environments, with the ability to adapt style to various perspectives and seniority levels.
• Effective collaboration with Sales team members across diverse accounts.
• Highly goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving and surpassing expected targets.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and proactively initiate tasks.
• An analytical background with the ability to interpret and act on sales data.
• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 40%).
