This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee and expand a varied portfolio of clients, including corporate brands, advertising agencies, and production companies.
• Analyze account structures, identify new stakeholders, and strengthen relationships with creative, production, procurement, and marketing teams.
• Facilitate discovery meetings to gain insights into clients' content pipelines, creative workflows, and business objectives.
• Recognize opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across stock content, custom content, editorial assets, and AI-driven tools.
• Actively seek new business opportunities, particularly within rapidly growing agencies, emerging production houses, and innovative corporate brands.
• Maintain a consistent outreach and client engagement strategy, aiming for over 25 discovery or solution-oriented meetings each month.
• Deliver compelling virtual and in-person presentations customized for each client segment.
• Navigate clients through the complete Getty Images ecosystem, positioning the company as a strategic partner instead of a mere transactional vendor.
• Create tailored proposals that align with client budgets, campaign schedules, and industry-specific requirements (e.g., retail, tech, finance, entertainment, lifestyle).
• Confidently lead discussions on pricing, renewals, negotiations, and other conversations with clarity.
• Utilize Salesforce on a daily basis to manage your sales pipeline, update account details, and monitor meeting activities.
• Ensure accurate forecasts and communicate progress regarding active opportunities and long-term growth strategies.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams in Legal, Product, Content, and Marketing to provide seamless customer experiences.
• Stay updated on trends in content creation, licensing, AI advancements, and regional market dynamics.
• Share insights, knowledge, and successful strategies to enhance the capabilities of the LATAM sales team.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in selling media, content licensing, SaaS, creative services, or marketing solutions.
• Experience in working with international companies or in multicultural settings.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Brazilian creative, corporate, and production landscape, particularly within mid-market and enterprise sectors.
• Strong ability to build relationships with creative directors, producers, account managers, brand teams, and procurement professionals.
• Proficient in using CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach (or similar platforms).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both in virtual settings and in person.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English (both written and verbal).
• Capability to navigate value-sensitive environments, offering consultative solutions that balance creativity, impact, and budget considerations.
