This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Achieve year-over-year sales growth for the entire product range within designated accounts.
• Engage in prospecting activities, conduct sales calls, and provide product training to clients.
• Offer customer support, perform analysis, and suggest cost-saving measures.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives and innovate new machining techniques.
• Build and enhance relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Execute local sales strategies and develop industry segment initiatives.
• Identify and advocate for the comprehensive service offerings through strategic customer engagements.
• Gather market intelligence regarding customers, distributors, and competitors.
• Comprehensive understanding of metal cutting manufacturing processes.
• Extensive knowledge of cutting tool applications, preferably with experience in 5-axis machine centres.
• Strong product knowledge and familiarity with Value Selling concepts.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills complemented by superior communication abilities.
• Independent, self-motivated, and results-driven work ethic.
• Demonstrated experience with CRM systems and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Robust project management and analytical capabilities.
• HNC or HND in production or mechanical engineering.
