This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to create machining solutions tailored to specific industries.

• Showcase capabilities through engineering excellence and exceptional customer service.

• Enhance sales and profitability within a specified geographical region.

• Engage in prospecting, making sales calls, providing product training, and offering customer support/analysis along with process/product recommendations.

• Record cost reductions and manage CRM administration.

• Introduce innovative machining techniques and cutting strategies.

• Propel and support clients' continuous improvement efforts.


⛳️ Requirements

• A comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes and cutting tool applications.

• Extensive experience in indexable milling along with a background in metal cutting.

• Ideally, experience with 5-axis machine centers and familiarity with machining aerospace materials.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• A confident and articulate communicator, both verbally and in written form.

• Ability to deliver clear presentations to both internal and external audiences.

• An active listener who establishes strong relationships.

• Excels in collaborative settings and contributes effectively as part of a team.

• A self-motivated, results-oriented individual with excellent time management skills.

• A proactive approach to personal growth and development.

• An analytical mindset capable of planning efficiently and executing tasks with precision.

• Persuasiveness paired with strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and teamwork are essential.

• HNC or HND in production or mechanical engineering.

• A full and clean driving license.
