This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
• Focus on expanding the current customer base and acquiring new clients within the designated territory.
• Collaborate effectively with inside sales and other team members.
• Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets while enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Regularly visit clients in the territory to assess their needs.
• Drive new and repeat sales by delivering information about new products.
• Work in close partnership with the supplier’s sales channels.
• Present pricing, credit options, and terms in line with established procedures.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in a Semiconductor Sales/Marketing setting, preferably within the RF/MW Industry.
• Experience with Distribution and Rep or OEM is advantageous.
• Comfortable engaging with Engineering and Purchasing departments.
• Excellent communication skills: Capable of creating and delivering presentations, as well as building and nurturing relationships.
• Proven success in acquiring new customers and boosting sales and profitability.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Outstanding organizational and project management capabilities.
• Keen attention to detail is essential.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web-based CRM tools is required.
• Travel required within the assigned territory and occasionally for training and trade shows.
