• Oversee and expand a portfolio of current storage accounts.
• Discover new business opportunities within designated accounts.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Showcase storage products, services, and solutions to clients.
• Create proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Negotiate pricing and service agreements.
• Work alongside technical and operations teams to ensure effective implementation.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Keep precise sales forecasts and reports in CRM systems.
• Meet or surpass assigned sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in account management, ideally in storage solutions, logistics, or IT infrastructure.
• Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Capability to comprehend technical storage solutions (both physical and cloud-based).
