This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, networking events, and various in-person functions to discover and connect with potential leads.
• Engage in conversations with prospects to comprehend their requirements and pinpoint opportunities that align with our offerings.
• Record, monitor, and manage leads utilizing Hubspot.
• Assess leads and arrange discovery meetings for Account Executives and senior sales personnel.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to synchronize event strategy, messaging, and follow-up procedures.
• Provide insights from events to enhance targeting, messaging, and return on investment (ROI) from events.
• Remain informed about industry trends and competitor activities to guide outreach strategies.
• 1–2 years of demonstrated success in in-person sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Dynamic and outgoing personality.
• Highly organized and adept at thriving in fast-paced settings.
• Willingness to travel frequently for events and conferences (up to 70% of the time).
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing leads and tracking performance.
