• Engage in outside sales activities by traveling primarily to customers' homes.
• Deliver professional and persuasive sales presentations.
• Quickly adapt to evolving customer needs and effectively promote HDIS solutions.
• Carry out necessary tasks to finalize sales, such as assessing customer needs, generating price quotes, and measuring product specifications.
• Explain warranty options and available financing to customers.
• Prepare for appointments, travel to and from meetings, and handle sales-related paperwork.
• Identify new customers both inside and outside the assigned THD store and participate in scheduled industry events.
• Actively seek new referrals and build lasting relationships with store management and associates.
• Attend sales and team meetings to enhance sales techniques and gain knowledge about HDIS product offerings.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Previous experience in in-home or virtual sales.
• Experience in the home improvement industry is preferred.
• Proven track record in successful lead generation.
• Proficient in computer applications and comfortable using various technologies (email, iPad, apps, etc.).
