• A Home Services Sales Consultant is tasked with promoting and selling the Company's exterior and interior products and services to clients.
• The primary duty of the Sales Consultant involves conducting outside sales visits to customer residences and participating in trade shows.
• Sales Consultants will travel to clients' homes for sales calls, evaluate customer needs, provide personalized product recommendations, create and negotiate tailored price quotes, present warranty details and financial options that align with the customer's requirements, and ensure profitability is maintained or enhanced.
• The Sales Consultant will also be responsible for completing necessary sales contracts and paperwork, as well as taking measurements using industry-standard techniques to confirm that orders comply with installation specifications.
• Additionally, the Sales Consultant is accountable for proactively seeking and acquiring new customers within assigned THD stores and during industry events, such as Home Shows.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
• Previous experience in in-home or virtual sales
• Experience in the home improvement sector
• Proficient in computer applications and adept in using various technologies (email, iPad, applications, etc.)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
