This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee all B2B sales operations within an assigned territory
• Maintain consistent consultative communication with each account in the specified territory
• Enhance sales of merchandise, equipment, and services with current clients
• Acquire new clients and communicate the value of Henry Schein
• Establish business relationships centered around customers' practice needs for merchandise, equipment, and services
• Meet quarterly and annual Gross Profit targets by implementing sales initiatives and programs
• Organize territory sales efforts and facilitate collaborative selling
• Develop, manage, and boost sales of merchandise, equipment, and services
• Perform face-to-face consultative interactions with customers and conduct regular business reviews
• Pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls, networking, and social media engagement
• Strategize and implement plans to increase market share for merchandise, equipment, services, and Henry Schein Solutions
• Utilize CMS, CRM, and predictive sales tools
• Attend sales meetings, dental conventions, seminars, internal training sessions, and industry events as required
• Minimum of 2 years of prior sales experience is preferred
• Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related field
• Proficient professional selling skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities; capable of engaging and connecting with potential clients
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Keen attention to detail
• Project management capabilities
• Goal-oriented with effective time management skills
• Skills in client prospecting and account management
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with industry practices
• Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Candidates should reside within the Buffalo, NY area
• Willingness to travel extensively within a designated geographic territory
