This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Proactively seek out and re-engage B2B clients, specifically dental clinics and offices.
• Perform field visits to foster relationships and drive business growth.
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to identify client needs and deliver value.
• Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial proposals effectively.
• Oversee customer portfolio and manage opportunity pipeline using CRM tools.
• Carry out strategic follow-ups until deals are closed.
• Track targets, KPIs, and overall commercial performance.
• Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
• A bachelor's degree either in progress or completed.
• Prior experience in field sales or B2B sales environments.
• Familiarity with consultative sales processes (structured sales cycles).
• Capability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field as required.
• Possession of a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license (CNH).
• Background in the dental, healthcare, or technical sectors is preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems and managing sales funnels is preferred.
• Proven track record of managing an active client portfolio and meeting recurring targets is preferred.
