Field Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Autonomous management of the sales territory

• Conduct regular visits to customers to enhance brand visibility

• Accountable for achieving sales and distribution objectives

• Identify opportunities for market expansion

• Assist retail partners by providing product guidance

• Oversee the deployment of company-owned frozen display freezers

• Execute the sales strategy and promotional initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial or vocational training, or an equivalent qualification

• Experience in field sales, preferably within the FMCG or retail sector

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Capable of working independently and in an organized manner

• Strong organizational and administrative aptitude

• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus

• Fluent in German; English language skills are advantageous

• Dedicated, solution-focused, and highly self-motivated
