Field Sales Associate – Club, North TX, OK

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Achieve designated sales goals and objectives for profitable growth within your designated territory, with guidance from your mentor during the initial year of employment.

• Build and sustain business relationships with organizations and clients throughout your territory, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term success.

• Actively promote Life Fitness / Hammer Strength products and services, ensuring a smooth installation process for your clients.

• Monitor and manage customer data and sales progress using Salesforce (SFDC), providing regular updates to your Regional Director.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge about Life Fitness / Hammer Strength products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to offer optimal solutions to your customers.

• Keep precise records of expenses, forecasts, and sales reports, submitting them punctually.

• Complete necessary training for ongoing professional development and participate in sales meetings for continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Passion for Fitness & Sales: A strong desire to forge a career in the fitness industry and grow as a sales professional.

• Sales Experience: 1-3 years of direct sales experience or comparable experience in client management/business generation.

• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Location: Candidates must reside in North Texas (Fort Worth, Dallas).

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with Salesforce.com or Oracle is preferred.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
