This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Actively prospecting and developing new sales points
• Further enhancing existing customer relationships and maximizing commercial opportunities
• Presenting new collections, product launches, and marketing campaigns
• Conducting commercial negotiations and coordinating promotional activities
• Inspiring and training store teams through product training sessions
• Analyzing sales results and adjusting commercial actions as necessary
• Identifying market developments and opportunities
• Accurately managing your CRM and reporting on your commercial activities
• Visiting an average of five clients per day and organizing your schedule independently
• At least several years of successful B2B sales experience in perfumes, cosmetics, skincare, or premium beauty
• Good knowledge of the Dutch beauty retail market
• An existing network within perfumeries or beauty retail is a significant asset
• Experience with premium or luxury brands is a plus
• Dutch at a native level
• Good command of English
• Experience with CRM systems
• Professional support from marketing and trade marketing teams
