• Manage the entire sales process from the initial conversation to the signed agreement.
• Represent Civalgo at industry events, trade shows, and associations.
• Maintain your sales pipeline in HubSpot with diligence and care.
• Provide the team with valuable market feedback.
• Strategically plan your week and territory with complete autonomy.
• 5–7+ years of demonstrated success in field sales within construction, industrial, infrastructure, or related sectors.
• Proven ability to build a sales pipeline from the ground up and successfully close new business deals.
• Exceptional in-person communication skills and the ability to foster strong relationships.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a dependable vehicle, along with a readiness to travel extensively throughout the Ottawa region.
• Experience in selling construction technology, equipment, materials, or SaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with heavy civil, infrastructure, and municipal environments.
• An existing network within the Ottawa contractor ecosystem.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
