This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.
• Conduct on-site assessments at a primary client facility to facilitate project planning and execution.
• Develop site layouts and installation plans utilizing internal tools.
• Lead and assist installation teams to guarantee that work is performed safely, accurately, and punctually.
• Carry out installations as necessary.
• Act as McCue’s on-site representative, upholding a professional and customer-centric approach.
• Serve as the main point of contact in the field, ensuring effective communication with clients.
• Recognize potential opportunities and relay them to the sales team.
• Manage various projects in a dynamic environment.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and site requirements.
• Proactively engage with prospective clients, arrange meetings, and assist with business development during non-project hours.
• Aid in lead generation and pipeline development within the assigned territory, in collaboration with the sales team.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.
• 3–7+ years of experience in field services, installation, construction, or related roles.
• Experience in customer-facing settings is essential.
• Capability to lead teams and work autonomously.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Technical proficiency and a willingness to learn internal tools.
• Willingness to travel frequently (50–70%).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• OSHA certification is preferred (or a willingness to obtain it).
• High level of maturity and confidence necessary for engaging with sophisticated internal and external clients.
• Strong leadership and customer service abilities to ensure a high standard of service and quality.
• Product knowledge with a solid technical understanding of services to communicate effectively with customers.
• Exceptional project management, organizational, and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Remarkable attention to detail, adaptability, and creativity.
• Persistence combined with effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment, work with minimal supervision, and maintain confidentiality of shared information and assignments.
