Field Researcher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Conduct physical inspections of commercial properties within the designated area, either on foot or by vehicle.

• Gather data related to commercial properties, such as identifying new listings, locating buildings that may not be in the database, and updating construction progress.

• Input property information into the research console (ERC) utilizing the Arealytics drive application.

• Capture professional digital images of commercial buildings and upload them to the platform via the drive app.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a valid driver's license.

• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to make informed decisions.

• Proficiency in using technology, including computers, various software applications, smartphones, drones, and digital cameras.

• Effective communication skills to interact with management and the public.

• Capability to maintain focus and efficiently plan and execute research schedules.

• Self-motivated and proactive.

• Ability to stand, sit, and walk repetitively for up to 8 hours each day.

• Knowledge of real estate is advantageous but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided.

• Completion of secondary education or higher.

• Photography experience is preferred, though not essential.

• RePL Certificate for drone operation is preferred but not necessary.
