Field Reimbursement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Overseeing a designated territory dedicated to assisting with Reimbursement and Patient services

• Offering support for patient reimbursement issues related to a specific medication

• Training office personnel on the Payer landscape and the services that can be accessed through both remote and on-site training

• Engaging with providers and internal teams to schedule site visits and educational training sessions

• Partnering with case managers to manage escalations and monitor interactions

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare reimbursement

• Extensive medical reimbursement knowledge, particularly with Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy

• Experience with oncology products is preferred

• Familiarity with Medicare and commercial insurance coverage is essential

• Demonstrated presentation skills and experience

• Proven capability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional organizational skills

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint and Web Meeting platforms

• Bilingual candidates are required in Miami, FL
