Field Reimbursement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Essential front-line member of the Keenova Access and Reimbursement team

• Deliver education, training, and hands-on support regarding access to specific products

• Oversee patient assistance and reimbursement support services for providers concerning patient access

• Collaborate with representatives of Keenova’s patient support services program

• Provide education to office staff about Buy/Bill products and reimbursement support services

• Work together with both external and internal customers to resolve issues related to Specialty Pharmacy

• Assist in sales training related to product reimbursement

• Utilize data to create solutions for acquisition challenges

• Identify key strategic areas to enhance patient access to Keenova products

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred

• 5-7 years of relevant experience required

• Previous experience with vendor relationships is a plus

• Experience managing customer interactions is essential

• Highly desirable background in sales management and/or account management

• Significant sales experience within the biologic (injectable) market is required

• Comprehensive understanding of the global payer and distribution environment

• Familiarity with coverage, coding, billing, reimbursement requirements, policies, and Local Coverage Determinations (LCDs)

• Knowledge of the Medicare billing/coding and appeal process is essential
