This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and oversee the project plan, including resource distribution and scheduling.
• Collaborate closely with the Commercial Manager to manage project budgets and handle change orders as necessary.
• Proactively recognize risks and implement solutions to ensure the seamless delivery of projects.
• Serve as the main point of contact for high-level stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and reporting.
• Lead project teams while promoting a collaborative and safety-focused environment.
• Utilize project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PPM) to ensure projects meet global standards.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring that communications and project results positively represent the PAC Group brand.
• Efficiently manage project risks and issues, providing prompt solutions and escalating when necessary.
• Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and receive the required training prior to project initiation.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline).
• 3-5 years of experience in project management within manufacturing industry installation projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Preferred Certifications: CSCS Card, SMSTS, NA-OSHA 30, PPM/PRINCE2, PMP.
• Six Sigma/Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Ability to interpret technical plans and specifications effectively.
• Strong client-facing abilities, with experience engaging with senior-level representatives.
• Proven resilience and crisis management skills.
