Field Product Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Oversee on-site product support for clients, including OEMs, shipyards, and dealer networks.

• Deliver field-based technical assistance for Raymarine, Raymarine Commercial, FLIR, Maretron, and Octoplex products.

• Identify and resolve product-related technical challenges.

• Serve as the primary technical liaison for OEM boat builders, dealers, installers, and end users.

• Offer technical support and after-sales assistance.

• Work collaboratively with Customer Service and technical teams to address complex cases.

• Engage in trade shows, exhibitions, product demonstrations, and promotional events.

• Foster strong relationships with customers.

• Provide support to customers in Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Greece, and Malta.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical or scientific qualification (degree or secondary school diploma).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Solid understanding of electrical and electronic systems.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Capability to cultivate strong relationships with customers and team members.

• Proactive mindset with a strong initiative and self-motivation.

• Proficient level of English.

• Competent with IT systems and standard computer applications.

• Previous experience in supporting technical products or marine electronics (preferred).

• Enthusiasm for boating and the marine industry (preferred).

• Willingness to travel regularly across Italy and occasionally to other Mediterranean European countries.

• Candidates must be eligible to apply for and secure the necessary export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.
