This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement quarterly marketing strategies for designated partners.
• Propel partner-oriented initiatives, scalable demand generation, and digital programs in line with channel sales objectives.
• Act as the main marketing contact for Arctic Wolf with strategic partner marketing managers.
• Enhance the partner program and overall partner experience through incentives, events, and digital initiatives.
• Engage new partner sellers and foster awareness among national partners.
• Develop and promote integrated campaigns and content tailored for strategic partner communities.
• Create scalable initiatives that empower partners to generate demand.
• Customize content and delivery to cater to the needs of top-tier partners.
• Craft segment-specific messaging and partner tools for channel product and program launches.
• Oversee campaign requests for training, panels, webinars, advertisements, landing pages, social broadcasts, and partner training.
• Source and organize giveaways and engagement items for partner representatives.
• Examine program and platform performance data, identify patterns, and suggest enhancements.
• Develop quarterly plans based on performance insights to optimize ROI.
• Manage, balance, and report on the channel marketing budget.
• Adjust marketing expenditures based on program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with channel sales, channel communications, product marketing, sales enablement, Demand Center, and Creative teams.
• 5–7+ years of demonstrated experience in B2B field or partner marketing.
• Proficient in utilizing marketing automation tools and Salesforce for campaign development and performance tracking.
• Willingness and capacity to travel up to 20%, primarily for Channel Partner events.
• Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and project management abilities.
• Strong channel acumen and understanding of channel go-to-market strategies, partner business models, partner profitability, and best practices for channel engagement.
• Comprehensive understanding of the marketing and sales funnel as it pertains to the channel.
• Exceptional writing proficiency.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including report generation, review, extraction of actionable insights, and recommendations.
• Ability to integrate metrics into ongoing improvement processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in managing budgets and prioritizing expenditures based on business requirements and performance data.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and PRM technology stacks.
• Ability to forge effective working relationships with sales leaders, sales teams, and partner communities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, English, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in a cloud services or security technology company with a mid-market focus is preferred.
• Background checks are necessary.
