This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.
• Offers technical assistance both within the immediate team and occasionally beyond.
• Supports network performance initiatives, resolves outages, and seeks daily improvement opportunities.
• Handles smaller projects or segments of significant initiatives, providing timely status and progress updates as needed.
• Identifies potential process enhancements and proposes them to Senior Technicians and/or management for evaluation.
• Contributes insights on process improvements related to maintenance and repair tasks.
• Aids in developing job aids, scopes of work, methods/statements of procedure, and useful tools in collaboration with a Senior Technician.
• Participates in and fulfills training obligations to remain updated on current and new systems and products, enhancing skills and proficiency in organizational standards.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
• 2-4 years of wireless experience in field operations and maintenance is preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in wireless telecommunications or a related field is preferred.
• Strong technical expertise with Ericsson field equipment is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-driven; demonstrates initiative in achieving company goals and objectives.
• Basic leadership capabilities and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• Adaptable to dynamic environments and shifting priorities.
• Employs creativity and innovation to solve problems.
• Operational knowledge and understanding of all interconnecting circuits, including but not limited to RF transmitters, antenna systems, AAV, fiber, microwave radio, and AC-DC power systems.
• Must meet the minimum DOT medical standards as outlined in 49 CFR Part 391.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
