Field Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Execute assigned tasks in accordance with client requirements.

• Develop solutions to challenges encountered during field deployment.

• Create and delegate the monthly work plan for the field team.

• Actively seek out and onboard field service providers.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Manage budgets and oversee expenses.

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

• Detect bottlenecks and enhance procedures.

• Collaborate with the EMEA Operations Manager and other team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in the field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong leadership and management abilities.

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.

• Additional language proficiency is a plus.
