Field Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Scheduling and Payroll Management (30%)

• Oversee district payroll management in alignment with company standards by analyzing dashboards and directing activities in accordance with the organization's established goals, objectives, and policies.

• Enhance scheduling accuracy and efficiency, particularly during peak hours and weekends.

• Core Operational Processes Implementation and Support (30%)

• Communicate effectively and provide training on the significance of operational excellence.

• Drive the overall strategy for daily operations.

• Inventory Integrity and Movement (20%)

• Improve inventory integrity to boost sales and profitability.

• Profit Protection (15%)

• Create and execute strategies that emphasize Fuel for Growth opportunities.

• People Development (5%)

• Responsible for assisting in the individual development plans of teammates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, though not mandatory if accompanied by relevant experience.

• 3 to 5 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in retail operations or similar retail roles.

• At least 1 year of experience in a multi-unit environment is preferred.

• Certified Forensic Interviewer (CFI) certification is preferred.

• Loss Prevention Certified status is preferred.

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
