This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in defining the strategy, planning, and execution of conferences, trade shows, sponsorships, and other related field experiences.
• Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including sponsorship deliverables, booth production, vendors, shipping, registration, staffing, travel, and onsite operations.
• Establish event objectives, audience engagement strategies, activation plans, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Executive Leadership to ensure each event aligns with business priorities.
• Develop integrated engagement plans for pre-event, onsite, and post-event phases that enhance attendance, facilitate meaningful conversations, and accelerate opportunities.
• Direct booth strategy and experience design, which encompasses messaging, demonstrations, meetings, executive engagements, and branded activations.
• Identify additional opportunities for experiences such as executive dinners, customer gatherings, partner events, and strategic prospect meetings.
• Manage speaker submissions, session logistics, presentation requirements, and thought-leadership opportunities.
• Act as the primary liaison for conference organizers, venues, production partners, agencies, and other vendors.
• Create internal event briefs, staffing plans, executive communications, training materials, and onsite run-of-show documents.
• Ensure event leads are accurately documented, routed, and followed up on in collaboration with Sales and Marketing Operations.
• Evaluate event performance against established KPIs, such as engagement, sourced and influenced pipeline, opportunity acceleration, and return on investment.
• Lead post-event debriefs and convert insights into actionable recommendations for future investments and program improvements.
• Maintain the annual event calendar while managing multiple programs concurrently, ensuring all deadlines, budgets, and brand standards are achieved.
• Travel frequently to provide hands-on leadership and onsite execution.
• Over 3 years of experience in managing conferences, trade shows, sponsorships, or B2B field marketing programs.
• Capability to lift, move, and transport event materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, high-visibility events from strategy to execution.
• Strong understanding of how events contribute to brand awareness, thought leadership, pipeline development, and opportunity acceleration.
• Outstanding project management, organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in managing budgets, contracts, vendors, agencies, and production partners.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams, executives, partners, speakers, and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and overlapping deadlines.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, project management, and event technology platforms.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30–40%, including occasional evenings and weekends.
