This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, execute, and oversee comprehensive regional marketing strategies for North America.
• Generate leads and create a sales pipeline through digital marketing initiatives, webinars, both virtual and in-person events, content syndication, and account-based marketing efforts.
• Organize, manage, and execute trade shows, conferences, regional events, workshops, and executive roundtables throughout North America.
• Supervise event strategy, budget distribution, logistics, and post-event lead management.
• Collaborate with North America sales teams to identify regional requirements, communicate marketing strategies, and provide tailored collateral and sales tools.
• Oversee the lead management process.
• Tailor global marketing content and messaging to suit North American markets.
• Work in conjunction with central marketing teams to create case studies, white papers, and solution briefs.
• Manage the North America field marketing budget and assess ROI.
• Establish and track KPIs, analyze campaign effectiveness, and report pipeline contribution, ROI, and regional insights to sales and marketing leadership.
• Keep an eye on market trends, competitive environments, and customer behaviors to refine strategies.
• Collaborate with corporate marketing, product marketing, partner marketing, communications, and regional marketing teams.
• 5-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the enterprise technology or SaaS sector.
• 3+ years in a field marketing position covering the US and Canada.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns that yield measurable results, including pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and ROI.
• Strong knowledge of demand generation best practices, digital marketing channels, event marketing, and account-based marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders across various regions and time zones.
• Outstanding project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple complex projects at once.
• Analytical mindset with experience in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on marketing metrics.
• Willingness to travel across North America as required.
