This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Bring the brand to life by adapting national strategies for local execution in the designated market.
• Develop PR-worthy, branded events and experiences that resonate with local audiences.
• Customize national branding initiatives for the local market while collaborating with internal PR and local media outlets.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of the annual regional brand calendar.
• Supply voice and content for NBB's local social media, as well as paid and earned media channels.
• Propel local promotions and capitalize on NBB Marquee events.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and campaign-oriented reports on local brand activations.
• Manage the budget effectively.
• Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in festival or event management.
• At least 1 year of experience in developing new events.
• 2 years of customer service experience.
• Relevant marketing experience or education.
• Project management experience within the marketing or events sector.
• Experience integrating marketing and sales efforts.
• Strong understanding of the beer and brewing industry.
• Familiarity with NBB products and company culture.
• Excellent public speaking abilities.
• Proficient in social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and blogs.
• Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and branding principles.
• Strong skills in self-management and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• General regulatory knowledge concerning events and promotions.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.
• Willingness to travel more than 75% of the time.
• Capability to lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to carry weights up to 52 lbs. over the shoulder for distances up to 200 feet while maintaining required grip strength.
• Ability to tip, roll, and control a full 162-lb. keg.
• Fine motor dexterity is essential.
• Physical capability to climb, stoop, crawl, twist, squat, and reach overhead.
• Regular standing and walking required.
