This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the completion of two in-flight programs: RCon (SWANA) and the Hero Summit user conference.
• Manage daily logistics for tradeshows and regional events, which includes handling booths, promotional items, accommodations, shipping, and on-site arrangements.
• Finalize the design for RCon, coordinate outreach before the event, oversee on-site logistics, and conduct follow-up activities post-show.
• Administer Hero Summit registration, engage with attendees, coordinate agenda logistics, liaise with vendors, execute on-site activities, and organize related offsite programming.
• Ensure that sales teams are well-prepared and supported during events.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to provide consistent and professional event experiences.
• Travel to several key industry events each year.
• Take charge of planning and managing the annual tradeshow calendar and budget, which includes forecasting and reconciliation.
• Monitor leads, opportunities, and the pipeline influenced by events.
• Collaborate with sales and demand generation teams on post-event follow-up and reporting.
• Determine which events yield the best results and strategize future budget allocations accordingly.
• Support regional meetups and other field marketing initiatives.
• Report directly to the Head of Marketing as an individual contributor.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in field marketing, events, or B2B marketing.
• Proven experience in supporting tradeshows and regional events.
• Ability to take over programs mid-execution and quickly acclimate.
• Experience directing contractors, agencies, or vendors to meet set deadlines.
• Comfortable working closely with sales teams.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented individual.
• Familiarity with HubSpot and project management tools.
• Willingness and capacity to travel approximately 10–15% for industry events, including occasional multi-day trips.
• Preferred experience in SaaS or vertical SaaS environments.
• Experience in organizing customer or user conferences is preferred.
• Background in tracking event impact on the sales pipeline is preferred.
• Industrial, logistics, or operational B2B experience is preferred.
• Direct responsibility for the execution of tradeshows or regional events, encompassing planning, logistics, and on-site execution.
• Collaboration with sales teams on event-related activities, including pre-event planning and post-event follow-up.
• Management of external vendors, agencies, or contractors to ensure events meet specified deadlines.
