Field Marketing Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Engage with consumers and communicate essential product messages during sampling activations and events.

• Recognize seeding opportunities and cultivate a robust network within the community.

• Set up and dismantle event site components.

• Ensure accurate and organized inventory management of products and assets at local Nutrabolt storage facilities.

• Collaborate with the sales team to pinpoint, establish, and implement demo opportunities within key accounts.

• Interact with and inform customers by providing samples and leading product demonstrations.

• Occasionally attend Distributor Sales Meetings and participate in market blitz/crew drive activities within the territory and possibly in other territories.

• Submit timely reports via the CRM tool, Repsly.

• Track and report hours in real-time.

• Meet product training goals and maintain certifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.

• At least 1 year of experience in event marketing or brand promotion is preferred.

• A commitment to working 40 hours per week is required.

• Availability to work evenings and weekends is necessary.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is an advantage.

• A demonstrated history of reliability and a results-oriented approach.

• Ambitious, sociable, and possessing strong interpersonal skills.

• Must be organized and self-motivated.

• Capability to lift weights exceeding 50 lbs is essential.

• Must be able to travel to sampling activations and events.

• A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license are required.

• Applicants must be over 18 years of age.

• Must currently have or be willing to obtain the minimum auto insurance as mandated by the company.
