• Assist in the planning and execution of field marketing events that align with Account Based Marketing and vertical marketing strategies.
• Oversee event timelines, logistics, and operational workflows to guarantee smooth execution from the planning phase through to post-event reporting.
• Take charge of event logistics, including venue selection and coordination, support for contract negotiations, vendor management, catering arrangements, A/V and production oversight, event signage and branding, as well as promotional materials and swag.
• Ensure that all event deliverables are completed on schedule and adhere to brand standards.
• Create and maintain event calendars and timelines.
• Manage registration platforms, attendee communications, confirmations, reminders, and on-site check-in procedures.
• Coordinate the execution of the run-of-show and assist with day-of event logistics to guarantee a high-quality experience for attendees.
• Oversee event budgets, purchase order processing, vendor reconciliation, and expense tracking.
• Capture and upload event leads into CRM systems within 48 hours following the event.
• Prepare post-event reports and summaries that include attendance metrics, registration-to-attendance conversion rates, attendee engagement insights, pipeline impact, and suggestions for future improvements.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on event objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage on-site staffing and facilitate effective communication among all teams involved in the event execution.
• Monitor and report on key event performance indicators, including timely and budget-compliant event delivery, attendee satisfaction, lead capture metrics, pipeline generation, and event engagement performance.
• 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, event management, experiential marketing, or campaign operations within B2B technology or SaaS sectors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple events and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in coordinating event logistics, managing vendors, and handling attendee communications.
• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Keen attention to detail with the ability to function efficiently in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required for event execution.
• Familiarity with CRM and event registration platforms.
• Options for remote work.
• 12-month contract with potential for extension.
