Event Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable partner and strategic consultant for professional event planners and marketers within large corporations and associations.

• Oversee customer onboarding, strategy discussions, and relationship development to enhance the adoption and value derived from EventMobi products.

• Assist customers through technical product training with a focus on events.

• Manage comprehensive event contracts from start to finish, overseeing multiple events with diverse scopes, timelines, and complexities.

• Drive proactive project management throughout the entire event lifecycle.

• Collaborate with various cross-functional teams, including Customer Support, Product, AV, and Sales.

• Track customer health and success metrics.

• Conduct regular customer engagements, including strategy discussions and quarterly assessments.

• Keep precise records of accounts, projects, and communications in HubSpot and other internal tools.

• Provide support for live events as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of direct experience in planning or coordinating professional B2B events such as conferences, trade shows, corporate meetings, or association events.

• Proven experience in utilizing event technology, including registration platforms, event apps, or virtual event solutions.

• Familiarity with tools like Cvent, Eventbrite, Bizzabo, Hopin, or similar platforms is essential.

• A genuine passion for technology and its influence on the events sector.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to explain technical concepts to non-technical event organizers.

• Exceptional organizational skills, allowing you to handle multiple projects at once, maintain thorough documentation, and ensure consistent follow-through.

• An empathetic, solution-oriented approach, demonstrating a commitment to achieving excellent outcomes for clients.
