This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement logistics for trade shows, which includes securing opportunities, coordinating shipments, organizing booth setup, and arranging travel for staff across more than 30 events annually.

• Facilitate and coordinate Pre-Event Kick-Off Calls with onsite teams to ensure effective training and preparation for a successful in-person selling experience.

• Manage the post-event lead lifecycle, encompassing prompt data entry, lead assignment to Sales, and ensuring immediate follow-up after the show.

• Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to coordinate pre- and post-show email marketing campaigns aimed at increasing booth traffic and nurturing leads.

• Supervise daily operations during trade shows, ensuring all activities align with the planned schedule.

• Monitor and reconcile event expenditures to guarantee that trade shows operate within their designated budgets.

• Suggest trade show and sponsorship opportunities based on budget considerations and availability on the schedule.

• Create and maintain a centralized event playbook, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and packing lists to enhance planning efficiency for future events.

• Travel to conferences for onsite execution and support as needed.

• Analyze and track trade show performance to inform future planning in collaboration with the Event Manager.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales departments to meet benchmarked ROI metrics.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in B2B event marketing.

• Outstanding project management skills, characterized by strong organization, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset, with the capacity to excel while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities, enabling the establishment of strong relationships both internally and externally.

• Superior written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven track record of professional and academic achievements.

• Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.
