This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +3 more states.
• Spearhead the strategy, planning, and implementation of exceptional meetings and events
• Manage the comprehensive events and experiences function from start to finish
• Supervise a diverse range of internal and external meetings and events
• Provide strategic guidance and hands-on leadership in areas such as venue sourcing, budget oversight, and vendor and agency management
• Foster a strategic and proactive mindset in event planning
• Oversee large-scale domestic and international programs
• Create attendee experiences that promote high levels of engagement
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
• A minimum of 10 years of professional work experience is necessary for this position
• At least 7 years of trade show/event or convention experience is required for this role
• A minimum of 5 years managing multiple projects while adhering to established timelines is essential
• Over 4 years of people management experience is highly preferred
• Certification as a Meeting Planner, eligibility to take the CMP exam, or equivalent experience is preferred but not required
