This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Assist Ticketmaster clients with all aspects of event management.
• Gather, assess, and accurately input data into the Ticketmaster Host system in accordance with best practices and established protocols, then verify the results.
• Precisely enter event data into the Ticketmaster Host system and troubleshoot any event-related discrepancies.
• Collaborate with clients, promoters, and internal teams such as marketing, accounting, customer service, event operations, and client support during event creation and information dissemination.
• Build and nurture relationships with designated clients.
• Participate in an on-call schedule rotation within the team; provide after-hours, weekend, and holiday support to clients.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Senior Event Specialist, EM Manager, or the Regional Director of Event Management.
• 1-3 years of experience with the Ticketmaster System or a related field, with familiarity and knowledge of the Ticketmaster system.
• Service-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Capable of efficiently managing multiple priorities.
• Requires a certain degree of creativity, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities.
• Box Office experience is an advantage.
• A general understanding of the entertainment industry is essential.
• Awareness of how Ticketmaster departments interact with one another and with external clients is beneficial.
• Must be able to maintain a flexible schedule, including availability on some Saturdays, evenings, and holidays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in computer usage with exceptional data entry capabilities.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required; a BA/BS degree is preferred.
