This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Coordinate and facilitate the execution of a variety of in-person and virtual events, including conferences, trade shows, webinars, regional field activations, and client interactions, in accordance with the organization's event calendar and strategic goals.
• Assist in the delivery of conferences and events by overseeing essential logistics such as venue management, vendor collaboration, registration processes, team accommodations, promotional activities, marketing materials, budget oversight, and post-event evaluations.
• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams, including executive leadership, sales, and practice areas, to implement defined event strategies.
• Utilize and manage marketing technology platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, and iCapture to aid in campaign management tracking in close collaboration with marketing operations.
• Ensure event execution aligns with set budgets, timelines, and performance metrics, maintaining focus on strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to guarantee that event strategies are fully integrated into multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Supervise the creation of event-related promotional copy and creative assets alongside the creative team, ensuring alignment with campaign goals across emails, social media, and marketing materials.
• Oversee on-site event logistics, including setup, vendor coordination, attendee engagement, booth or session management, and post-event teardown, to provide a smooth and professional experience.
• Bring innovative thinking and a solutions-oriented approach to enhance event-integrated marketing campaigns, contributing fresh ideas and cutting-edge strategies across pre-, during-, and post-event phases in collaboration with creative and marketing teams.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to industry regulations across all event materials and communications.
• Conduct post-event assessments to evaluate impact, identify improvement areas, and provide actionable insights to the marketing team.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to collaborate effectively across diverse personalities and work styles.
• Some travel to major trade shows may be required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5+ years of practical experience in B2B event planning and execution.
• Proficient in social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, HubSpot Social).
• Familiarity with marketing and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Outstanding attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in developing service-based relationships with senior executives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
