Field Marketing Ambassador

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Bring the Alani brand to life by implementing national brand marketing goals, strategies, and tactical initiatives.

• Create and support consumer sampling opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.

• Promote and distribute Alani products at events, trade shows, festivals, and high-traffic venues.

• Engage consumers by providing product information, offering samples, and encouraging product trials.

• Embody the brand’s values, personality, and mission.

• Establish relationships with consumers and potential brand advocates.

• Address product inquiries and resolve consumer objections.

• Ensure the branded sampling vehicle is well-maintained and visually appealing.

• Assist with the planning and execution of promotional events.

• Coordinate with event organizers, vendors, and team members.

• Oversee inventory and supplies at the storage facility and during events.

• Collect customer feedback and market insights.

• Document and report activation data after each shift.

• Attend and actively engage in 1–2 team meetings each month.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• Willingness and flexibility to adjust to changing business needs and deadlines.

• Clean driving record is mandatory.

• A valid state driver’s license and MVR check are required.

• Ability to stand for long periods.

• Capability to consistently lift 25 lbs.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Energetic, outgoing, and approachable personality.

• Strong organizational skills for managing event logistics and supplies.

• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Must attend and actively participate in 1–2 team meetings each month.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Additional education or relevant certifications are advantageous.

• Previous experience in promotional events, customer service, or as a brand ambassador is a plus.
