Field Maintenance Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Facilitate daily communication between field teams and remote project managers.

• Organize schedules and maintain communication among hospitals, warehouses, laundry services, and other departments.

• Develop and oversee schedules for field staff, adjusting staffing levels as project requirements evolve.

• Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and job performance.

• Ensure team members adhere to deadlines, quality of work, and company standards.

• Address subpar work promptly and professionally, documenting issues as necessary.

• Track project advancement and provide accurate status updates to management.

• Prepare and manage invoices along with other project-related documentation.

• Ensure field operations are organized, efficient, and in line with project timelines.

• Submit a video application introducing yourself and discussing relevant experience in field coordination, motivation, remote work history, tools utilized, problem-solving skills, availability, schedule, and start date.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in field operations, construction, manufacturing, or project coordination.

• Strong leadership and communication abilities, with the confidence to uphold standards.

• Detail-focused with exceptional organizational and scheduling skills.

• Experience in attendance tracking, performance assessment, and employee accountability.

• Knowledge of invoicing and basic administrative procedures.

• Proficient in remote communication and project management software.

• Capable of making informed decisions and resolving issues independently.

• Comfortable addressing performance concerns directly, maintaining discipline, and ensuring field teams meet quality, productivity, and attendance standards.

• Ability to submit a video lasting 2–3 minutes, with a maximum of 4 minutes, answering all required questions in sequence.

• Camera must be on with the applicant clearly visible.

• Clear audio is required.

• Applicants should record from their usual work environment when feasible.
