Field Inventory Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Conduct physical assessments of dealer inventories and align them with dealer records

• Liaise with dealer and corporate office personnel

• Confirm collateral, evaluate condition, and deliver timely and precise reporting

• Organize and direct inspections for efficient execution within specified deadlines

• Utilize a company-provided tablet PC while carrying out services

• Perform inventory verification and valuation services for manufacturers, banks, and finance companies

⛳️ Requirements

• Flexible availability during weekday business hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

• Willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius

• Proficient in using mobile applications

• Detail-oriented and eager to learn

• Strong communication skills

• Capability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously

• Must own a smartphone (Android or iOS)

• Familiarity with inventory finance, retail dealership operations, or floor plan financing is advantageous, but not mandatory
