Field Inventory Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Conduct physical evaluations of dealer inventories and reconcile them with dealer records.

• Effectively communicate with both dealer and home office personnel.

• Verify collateral, evaluate condition, and provide timely and precise reporting.

• Organize and schedule inspections to ensure they are completed efficiently within the established timeframe.

• Utilize a company-provided tablet PC while performing services.

• Must own a smartphone (Android or iOS).

• Familiarity with inventory finance, retail dealership operations, or floor plan financing is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Must have a flexible schedule and be available during weekday business hours.

• Reliable transportation and possession of a valid driver’s license are required.

• Willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius.

• Comfort with using mobile applications is necessary.

• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.

• Strong communication skills are essential.

• Ability to stand and walk continuously for up to 7.5 hours.
