Field Inventory Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough physical evaluations of dealer inventories and align them with dealer records.

• Maintain effective communication with both dealer and home office staff.

• Confirm collateral, evaluate its condition, and deliver timely and precise reporting.

• Organize and schedule inspections to ensure they are completed efficiently within the designated timeline.

• Employ a company-provided tablet PC to carry out services.

• Own a smartphone (Android or iOS).

• Flexible availability during weekday business hours.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are essential.

• Willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius.

• Proficient in using mobile applications.

• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.

• Strong communication skills.

• Capability to stand and walk continuously for up to 7.5 hours.
