Field Inventory Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough physical inspections of dealer inventories and align them with dealer records.

• Maintain effective communication with both dealer and home office staff.

• Confirm collateral, evaluate its condition, and deliver timely and precise reporting.

• Organize and plan inspections to guarantee efficient completion within specified timelines.

• Use a company-provided tablet PC to perform services.

• Have access to a smart phone (Android or iOS).

• Have a flexible schedule and be available during weekday business hours.

• Possess reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

• Be willing to travel within a 100-mile radius.

• Be comfortable utilizing mobile applications.

• Be detail-oriented and eager to learn.

• Exhibit strong communication skills.

• Have the ability to stand and walk continuously for up to 7.5 hours.
